When executing orders through Roi — of any type — you accept and understand that we are not responsible for any of the orders routing or execution.
Displaying an order confirmation does not guarantee an order has been filled, nor that the information provided by your broker is correct. You understand that routing and filling the order is solely your broker's responsibility.
You are solely responsible for any orders and actions that are taken through the Roi platform. You understand that all orders and actions are unsolicited and based solely on your own investment decisions.
Roi and any of its employees do not provide investment recommendations of any security, transaction, or order. We do not offer investment advice.
Roi does not handle users' funds or securities and has no involvement in the clearing or settling of a user's trades.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company.
